I understand that no one ‘therapy type’ fits all. As such, I ensure that I draw from several evidenced-based counselling modalities to best meet my clients’ needs. In addition to Emotion Focused, Narrative, and Internal Family Systems Therapies (see homepage), my work is informed by Dialectical Behavioural Therapy for those more ‘coping tool’ oriented folks.

Above all I know, and the research tells us, that it is the therapeutic relationship that counts. My commitment to you is to show up as my approachable and non-judgemental self, consistently.
